I remember back in Winblowz days how Acronis, more than once, on a restore operation, not only not completing the restore, but also destroyed the file it was reading from !

I had occasion to call Acronis for support for Acronis 2012 yesterday. After about 1/2 hour of questions from them, they decided I only qualified for paid support because I had purchased Acronis from Newegg! Back to Norton for me.
