None of Vosky's plastic and wire works right, and their tech support is beyond bad. I made the mistake of purchasing the Vosky call center in Jan. It is gathering dust.
Check the Vosky forums to see the constant flame of users who are stuck with their junk. This is another "fooled me once ..." situation.
To add salt to the wound, I was stupid enough to order this from Buy.com. A pox on Ben.
I bought the Vosky Call Center and it is still working. Of course, for almost free after rebate, I didn't expect much. With that in mind, I would through this product away before wasting my valuable time calling tech support.
