DELL = Piece of baconnaise = Mac
screen res?
Is this the netbook for rich sob people?
I'm in for 5!
Who thinks up these names, maybe there's some software that does it. What's next 'Eveo'?
It's not white
Is this a bargain or a product announcement?
1#
Agreed
I wish the processor is faster.
Except MBA has a 50% faster processor and GeForce 9400m for the same price (though you lose the SSD).
Too bad you only get four ports total - including power and headphones...
Fancy euro-sounding name means "grossly overpriced", no matter if it's laptops or condo complexes or coffee sizes. Venti anyone?
Way too much for what it has in it.
#10 1.4+ %50 = 2.1 not 8 Learn to do some basic math. Oh wait, I forgot mac fanboys are art major. It's okay that you can add or multiply.
#13, it says that the $1499 model comes with the 1.2 GHz Core 2 Duo, which makes the 1.86 GHz MBA just over 50% faster... reading comprehension is great, wouldn't you say?
I could even have called out that the 2.1 GHz MBA with SSD is $1799 - so it has a 50% faster processor for $500 less - but i didn't, because the expensive MBA (and Adamo) are even poorer options than their entry-level siblings.
my 'rip off' alarms are dinging for MBA and Adamo...
#15, no disputes here. ya gotta admit that it'd be nice to have one though - 2-3x the power of a netbook, half the weight of a cheap laptop, decent battery life, too bad they have to cost so much.
That is a sleek looking machine. Looks like Dell is taking a page out of Sony's book.
my mom says that a lot.
sincerely,
toddsucks
Sony is better , ask toddsucks ...
#19, pork me for recommending Sony.
sincerely,
toddsucks
