gf has one, excellent laptop. has all the features you need. was $1999 this time last year. surprisingly fast considering. looks and feels great.
Has anyone tried to stream hd video from a network on computer on one of these? any luck?
#19) One more difference. It appears that the $999 Dell actually includes a 256GB SSD. Just click to customize and you'll see it.
So this one is $200 less for 1.2 vs. 1.4 and 128 vs. 256 SSD.
Still Dell could change their specs at any moment.
I noticed that too #23...the interesting thing is that it depends on which link you click on in the Dell site for the Adamo Admire. One link shows the specs for the machine that the MSFT store is selling the other link shows the specs that you mentioned. Knowing Dell in the next couple of months they will have the Admire refurbed in the outlet with the 1.4 and 256gb ssd for $750 or less.
#20 somehow i don't think they'd be so ultraportable then, the battery required for that along would have to be larger
4lbs is not "Ultra Portable." Spend couple hundreds to upgrade your Stinkpads X series and voila.
Agree #26. Ultra Portable should be 3 lbs and under.
