    video on buy.com says you get service for 3 years in the purchase price. i was unable to find the cost after year 3.

    Not worth it at all. I wouldn't even bother. They certainly can't legitimately claim "all-in-one". I also wonder just how good a service they provide... this is sketchy the whole way round.
