Ghost Rider: True, but it expires: "You can download the beta and use it until the product expires on March 31, 2012." And after that, won't it be like $300-ish?

B&H has Lightroom 3 for $75 currently.

#2 Sure the beta version will expire. But think this way, before the LR4 released. The LR3 will keep come back on sale because no one will keep outdated S/W in stock- they all know once LR4 released. LR3 will be dead inventory. In the mean time you can have something to use ( LR4 beta) and wait for better deal. I do believe you can get better deal later on- specially LR4 release date is not firm yet. And these might be just 1st wave of price reduction. Once LR4 release date is confirmed- the real deal should be there...
Photoshop CS6 forecast to arrive in the spring of 2012 and I don't think LR4 will be too far away..

Yep, the 80 dollar price has been beaten twice that I've seen over the past two weeks. I've seen it as low as 69.95 at BG photo. Plus Adorama has a habit of selling way more than they have on stock - I've been waiting for them to ship the Adobe product for over two weeks. You were better off waiting to buy at a store with superior service.
