It would only take .003111 seconds at warp one.

Apple & Steve Jobs may control a good chunk of the entertainment business, but it's IMAX not iMax

Re-imagining?? What a ton of crap. This proves that Hollywood has no imagination. Another failed attempt to revive a dying franchise.

They took Klingon out! I'll probably wait 9 months for this to be on TV.
Perhaps some fans will dub the entire movie in Klingon!

3 1/2 hours to Chicago or 2 1/2 to St. Louis for an IMAX theater for me. I'll pass.

Songs get re_treaded all the time, why not Movies. Just as long some young person finds it new, money is to be made.
And it doesn't hurt to have advancement in SF/x,
a sucker is born every minute.

And this Star Trek prequel can't be any more creatively bankrupt than X Men Origins: Wolverine (both of which I will see, so bite me), both of which will do quite well at the box office.

Ha, ha, what a sad, sad nerd.

Star Trek is a bunch of commie liberal nonsense. Alien races living together in harmony? Fork off with that baconnaise. If aliens ever came to Texas we would blow them the fork up. Note to aliens: Stay the fork out of Texas. Phags.
