CircuitCity.com has the Aiptek GO-HD 720P Camcorder with Dock for $194 + $0 shipping = $194 shipped. Here is the official page for this device, as well as an AVS Forum discussion on this very device. [BizRate]

I have one of these and it's passably good - not great.

It doesn't come with any memory, so you'll have to buy an SD card too, but it does come with 2 batteries (USB charge through the camera). They last about 30 minutes. The compression is pretty good, so 2Gb is around an hour of shooting. I guess I should find a video editing program next Smile

Someone just gave me the SD version of this. The instructions say not to "squeeze" the body too hard. LOL you find your model on the AIP website by its picture. And if you Google, you will find an actual HD clip from the $299 version of this camcorder -- which for all I know, this is it. Imagine -- buy 4-5 and make a movie in HD and promote it with all that low budget buzz like Blair Witch Project.

I bought and returned. Very shaky video (IS doesn't work well) and zooming is very slow to get re-fucusing.... Video quality is acceptable.
