wow, that's cheap for no rebate. Some enterprising engineer should figure out how to make these slightly larger to hold a 3.5" drive. At this price they could own the market. Or maybe they get paid off by the notebook drive makers who are paid much more for 2.5" drives. It's a conspiracy I tell ya!
Apparently this is PATA, so they're probably just trying to clear stock of old crap.
Fortunately, I've got some old crap to stick in this cheap old crap and get some new crap.
So, I bought 2 for my old notebook PATA drives...
Can someone explain the PATA and how it affects the new laptop harddrives from fitting inside this or working with this. Thanks in advance.
