Pretty good deal if you're looking for a full ATX sized motherboard and FM1 Llano based APU. A downside is having only 2 RAM slots instead of the 4 slots found on the A75A-G55, which is now discontinued (as many retailers are phasing out the FM1 boards in favor of the FM2 for Trinity based APUs).

I hear what you’re saying... But heck still a nice deal. Could see this as a nice upgrade for someone who had an older machine with some antiquated Athlon64 X2 4GB and just IGP that came Vista, but they paid for Win7 upgrade. This and a 8Gb kit would be big shoot in the arm for $130
in for one.....
Add the cost of a better CPU cooler to your ^$ w/ that 'cuz U'll need it. 100 watts will be tough on an OEM cooler.
The cooler that comes with is sufficient if you don't OC it and you have good air flow through the case. Considering those who are upgrading from some other older OEM cooler it probably not as noisy as what theyre coming from. But if you want better and low noise theres the Zalman CNPS5X Performa 92mm $10 shipped after $10 rebate [Exp 1/23] it's perfect for this.
