I'd like to say it not bad for a Trinity with a descent FM2 board put some reasonable price to each and the price is compelling.
Could look past that Rosewill case and its bleak PSU. The real bane is that single 4Gb stick of DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600). On top of that saying that a generic stick is a $25 part please! Sure you can get another stick, but it strikes me as... more good money after bad.
When it comes to Trinity you should go fast memory, as in 1866 (PC3 14900) and if only two slot to fill yes go 8Gb as that’s sweet spot. I’d go something like Crucial Ballistix 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) that’s only $49, for 1.5V / 9-27 / CAS 9. That’s pretty assure to run without issue in the Asus Hudson D2, but I might check compatibility for other timings that mobo could run. Something like 1.5V / 10-11-11-30 / CAS 10, given by AMD Performance Edition might be nice, only $6 more.
For $287 I might go À la carte, even if means adding $20-30 to get a nice case, PSU, and more memory.
No coupon for fries or a Coke. Therefore, not a real combo deal...
