Keyword is "bulldozer", which means worthless chip that destroyed AMD's reputation. Thuban 1100T is still their best chip if you can find one now. Piledriver delayed ofcourse, so don't hold your breath for AMD.
Its a good chip for this price and can overclock a bit, like #1 said, if you can find an 1100T it would be better but this is still cheaper and a better bang for your buck @ this price point. This should compete with an SB i3 .
