Well what do you expect that's the normal price. This means you missed your 15 second window to buy on sale at Amazon.
With the FX-8320 Vishera/Piledriver being listed for sometimes just $10 more, and not a ton of difference in performance between them (the FX-8320 can provide a advantage though). Consider you get a little better efficiency... and even once you OC it... IDK. There not compelling reason for getting this FX-8150 Zambezi/Bulldozer for even $145.
