$99 shipped at newegg.
Any suggestion for a decent affordable mobo capable of crossfire?
Thanks in advance!
.... in a gigabyte ga-ma770t-ud3p (ddr3) got 4 cores...most southbridge 710 or 750 should do it...no guarantees.....790g board should crossfire and unlock the cores....waiting for new 785g boards right now....
Anyone know if the Phoenom II's can be used on a standard am2 motherboard?
#3 - depends on the board, check the manufacturer's website
94 bucks is good price.. I paid 102.00 1 month ago at NE. This is the Best CPU AMD come out with, it can unlock to all cores with the 790 boards. I'am running it at 3.72ghz it crunch everything you throw at, would not slow down at all..
#3 Phenom II cpu will not run AM2 boards, you need AM2+ or AM3 boards to run it, My best advice, check manufactures first then download the latest BIOS only if it support Phenom II cpu..
#4 Good advice..
