125W = enough to keep my home-office nice and warm in the coming Winter months, while putting an unneeded load on my A/C in the Summer.
Well that's 125W on maximum load... how often do you max out your pc? I do encoding so I know mine would be at max a lot of the time, but a lot of users wouldn't be doing that.
it is a black box, you can down clock it down to whatever heat level/power consumption you want.
