Just bought this for $190 @ TigerDirect and I have to say it was a huge upgrade for my roommate's system which was previously on a Phenom 9600 BE.
It literally doubled the performance on some games having a Radeon 4830, the 2.3 GHz Quadcore Phenom was a huge bottleneck. If you're currently on a AMD system or planning to build one, this thing is competitive with a Core i7 920.
