You mean this cooler will not suitable for this CPU?
This one is 125w, and cooler only for 65w, but somebody say it is ok to use.
No, do not try to use the bundled HSF with the CPU.
Thermaltake questionably rates their heatsink wattage capability, you'd have a pretty toasty CPU and noisy heatsink fan if it were a 65W model at full load, plus they use crappy fans that tend to chew up their bearings within a couple years, partly because they are undersized 'sinks so the fan has to run at higher RPM to get the job done.
The heatsink makes no sense at all to me with this CPU even before considering the black edition factor for overclocking. Put the sink in a drawer and get a $20 heatpipe 'sink to replace it.
