A good price on a very good PSU.
If you value your pc and don't want it to end up in the trash can some day you'd buy yourself a decent brand like Antec.

I have never had any problems with Antec PSU's (granted its only been 2, but I'm very pleased).

I have this PSU in an Antec P180 case. It works great and have not noticed it to be noisy as claimed by some user. Overall great product and still runs great after one year.
