It's a better than average HTPC case.

Also note that this is larger than the average HTPC case. It's 17.5" wide and the fan guards on the right side actually jut out even more. Given that those two 120mm fans need room to exhaust out, I'd say you need nearly 19" of space to comfortably fit this case. Most audio cabinets assume 17" components and are 17.5" wide. This won't fit.

Other than that annoying detail, I like the case. Doesn't have a case speaker.

have the case, and yes you do need some extra room on left for PSU vent and right for CPU vent. the case is quality, but it's caused me to rearrange my home theater setup more than a few times.

Yep same exact situation for me, I have the Fusion Black though but they both had the same fatal design flaw with how wide it is. I just have a normal electronics rack and I have to put this on the top level since it won't fit on the shelves. Had they flipped the PSU on it's side to compensate (making it a little taller) or provided slim style fans all would be fine.

Fantastic cases with great build quality though. The PSU is a nice bonus.

#3, yep. That's why this NSK2480 is sitting on my office desk and my Sonata II is sitting sideways in my HT cabinet. Ugh. At least the Sonata II is < 17" tall so it fits (and I can stick in four 3.5" internal drives if I need to).

Consider the Antec M FusionRemote 350 from here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129046. $100 with power supply. Spec's say it's 15" wide, has LCD display and it comes with a free video card. Only one external drive bay, though.

Yes I've wanted that case as my replacement. The problem is I require at least a HD 4670 which doesn't come in low profile form. The HD 4650 is close to being acceptable but most models don't handle interlaced material well... same with IGP's (to my standards at least).

This is a nice case...just like the Antec Fusion without the LCD panel.
