Seems like a good enough deal to me. The case is very nice equipment.
I can vouch that the case is nice.
I love this case. Not too big a footprint, but feels much bigger inside. Great cooling. Down side is front side USB's are close to the front mic & headphone inputs and can cause a bit of conflict.
Damn, and i just bought this case for $60 elsewhere. Edit: Nevermind, its only $20 savings, not worth the deal to try and sell the processor.
