believe it or not 430 watt is plenty. I have a Q6600 OC to 3ghz, 8gb ram, 4 raid drives, two dvd burners, and ATI 4870 1gb on it and used the kill a watt meter it's pulling 250 watts, and under load with games running and such 300 wats.
Of course I will use my 700 watt OCZ on my system but this is a nice backup supply I bought one for backup we have 3 quad core PCs here for my kids and myself. It will make a nice backup just in case one supply goes bad sometime.
