This is a pretty nice cheap case, but only if you are mounting a full size ATX motherboard in it. If you look carefully at NewEgg's picture gallery for this case, you'll notice that it doesn't have the correct stand-offs to mount a mATX motherboard. There should be a row of stand-offs from front-to-rear located around the 3rd-4th expansion slot on a case, and it's not there. There wont be any support under the expansion slots if you mount a mATX motherboard in this case.
Another negative about this case is it has no rubber grommets or other noise suppression included for the hard drive and optical drive mounts. The case will probably vibrate a little.
On the plus side, this case has mounts for one 120mm fan in the rear and two 120mm fans in the front.
Good eye for catching that mATX mounting issue #1. I rarely come across that problem but when I do, I simply lay the board down and mark holes I drill out, then I put a standard 6-32 thread standoff in the hole and secure with a nut on the back of the tray. When the tray has pressed-in recesses like this one does I sometimes use less common, taller standoffs w/nut, or in a pinch you could just use a regular 6-32 bolt put through the back with a nut on the board side glued in place on the bolt to sit under the board, then another nut on top of the board.
It's a bit of a kludge but it'll work since there aren't monkeys swinging from it or anything...
The case is a nice understated design for the price, though almost generic looking in that respect.
