Anyone know what these cost to operate for a year?

It would vary greatly depending on how often your AC power goes out and yet if your AC power goes out, since nothing else is then using power you are saving on your power bill rather than a higher bill but the cost of power for the UPS goes up.

To put it another way, it probably uses about 10W itself when charging, maybe half that when battery is full and you're just running your system or powering a moderate load (but power consumption changes with load too with an AVR online type UPS), and less when system or load is off.

So, the answer is an exercise in pointlessness.
