Nice price for a really good mATX case.
While a lot of people like the case, unfortunately it includes a really low-quality power supply. That PSU couldn't put out 420watts going downhill with a strong tailwind.
The specs on the label are completely fabricated. You should only consider using the included power supply is if your computer is very low power, say a HTPC running under 100watts, and even then I'd advise against it.
A normal ATX power supply will fit in, as long as it's not longer than normal, and if your optical drives are of the shorter variety.
The OCZ StealthXStream 500watt PSU that has been on sale several times for $20(and even $15 at times) would probably fit in here nicely, as it's a pretty compact PSU. With that power supply, you could use this case for a gaming computer setup, although you'd probably want to make sure that your desired graphics cards and CPU cooler will fit inside.
Here's a review of the included power supply, as well as a description of the space you'll have for your optical drives with a normal ATX PSU: http://www.jonnyguru.com/PSU/AspireXQpack/420W.html
This case is decent, it's just a pity that they had to include such a terrible power supply with it.
There are some other micro ATX cases similar to this that have more space for the power supply, allowing you to use normal size optical drives with a normal sized power supply. The Ultra Microfly case is one of these, and it has been on sale before(a while ago) for $40 on Frys.com. Unfortunately, current prices are more around $70 and up for that case.
Or, if you need even more room, you might consider the NZXT Rogue. It can fit the largest graphics cards, extra-long high-wattage power supplies, and up to 4 hard drives. Plus, it has a very good cooling configurat... [Truncated]
Microfly made case is little better because of the locking side panels and top cover. They are made with the same chasis and thin gauge 1 mm thick aluminum. Microfly case costs quite bit more retailed except when it was on sale at Frys stores a couple time for about $60 without a PSU. The following link is for a Microfly clone by Chiefmax with transparent panels on top and both sides for $60 shipped.

I have this case and like it better than the Aprevia.
Here is a link to an Apevia clone from Microcenter for $56:

Store pickup only for this item.
Actually, more around $40 on sale at Frys.com. And, not having a power supply included with a cheap case is a good thing.
Imagine if cheap cases started coming with the cheapest PC Chips motherboards available. Same problem.
It is extremely rare to find a decent power supply in a mid to low priced case. Occasionally some more expensive cases(like Cooler Master brand) have a good power supply. But, even in that case(sorry), wouldn't you rather pick out the power supply yourself?
