Do not use the included power supply, it's junk. The 12v rail drops to around 10v even at around 250watts(which will crash your computer). Anything much higher than that just causes the power supply to shut down. The specs on the label are completely fabricated. You should only consider using the included power supply is if your computer is very low power, say a HTPC running under 100watts.
A normal ATX power supply will fit in, as long as it's not longer than normal, and if your optical drives are of the shorter variety.
The OCZ StealthXStream 500watt PSU that has been on sale several times for $20 and less would probably fit in here nicely, as it's a pretty compact PSU. With that power supply, you could use this case for a gaming computer setup, although you'd probably want to make sure that your desired graphics cards and CPU cooler will fit inside.
Here's a review of the included power supply, as well as a description of the space you'll have for your optical drives with a normal ATX PSU: http://www.jonnyguru.com/PSU/AspireXQpack/420W.html
This case is decent, it's just a pity that they had to include such a terrible power supply with it.
There are some other micro ATX cases similar to this that have more space for the power supply, allowing you to use normal size optical drives with a normal sized power supply. The Ultra Microfly case is one of these, and it has been on sale before(a while ago) for $40 on Frys.com. Unfortunately, current prices are more around $70 and up for that case.
Or, if you need even more room, you might consider the NZXT Rogue. It can fit the largest graphics cards, extra-long high-wattage power supplies, and up to 4 hard drives. Plus, it has a very good cooling configuration. However, it does cost m... [Truncated]
and the front handle is flimsy. If you even try to use it after building the case up, it will fall off.
Ultra Micro Fly clones are better than QPackII (even though they are essentially the same case). For 60 bucks shipped you can have a Chiefmax clone of the Ultra Micro Fly from 3BTech:

Ben, I hope you will start posting this case and get these guys some traffic. As far as I know this is the only site that caries this Micro Fly clone as the Micro Fly has been discontintued and this case is a much better deal than any of the Apevia Q-Pack variants.
This Microfly clone case is way better than the QPackII. I had the QPackII for a while and didn't like it because of its flimsy
construction. Part of the problem is the slide-out motherboard tray design. This Chieftec case is sturdier and cheaper and you don't have to deal with rebates.
I agree, power supply is junk. And although I haven't broken the handle off my case, that's mainly because I haven't tried because it looks and feels so flimsy.
