Nice little case. Might have to replace the stock CPU, esp when using an APU.
There's no stock CPU. You mean PSU (power supply) ?
Of course, but big vid cards will not fit this case anyway.
The PSU is a less common SFX12V form factor which doesn't allow for much of a wattage upgrade, except this one that's included isn't really a 250W PSU, rather low end junk from Foxconn aka Allied aka Apex aka Deer (years ago).
Don't expect a long life if used on a system averaging over 100W nor peaking over 150W. However it is available for purchase (replacement) separately, at least for now at only $20 + S/H

FYI the most common failures on it would be capacitors, fan, and switching transistors. If you're handy with a soldering iron any of these can be not just replaced if they fail but upgraded... even so it's still going to be a ~ 150W peak PSU.
Considering that the only fan is the one in the PSU and that it looks to be not only obstructed a bit by the stamped metal grill but also an 80mm x 10mm (maybe 15mm) model, realistically the PSU isn't the limit as much as system ventilation is. Probably best used with a ultra low power build like under 75W peak.
