    #1, I built two HTPC with this and you are right, it's a bit hot. However, you can mount a 1.5 cm thickness 8 cm case fan on one inner side, it will lower down the temp quite a lot. Only thing you would need to do is to drill the holes a bit wider on the vent grid.

    The power supply is a big concern. Here it is:

    That is an Allied/Foxconn very low end piece of crap power supply. You might as well assume it will fail and need replaced. I highly recommend replacing it with something better even if still only rated for 250W... which this one can't really even deliver. I recommend replacing it now rather than waiting for possible component damage when it does fail.
