I have this case, it's a bit hot.
Calling this case a 'tower' is kind of stretching it a bit.
I've never used a case like this before. Anyone know if the power supply can be changed?
yeah you can change it out, but it has to be another one of those really small ones.
#1, I built two HTPC with this and you are right, it's a bit hot. However, you can mount a 1.5 cm thickness 8 cm case fan on one inner side, it will lower down the temp quite a lot. Only thing you would need to do is to drill the holes a bit wider on the vent grid.
The power supply is a big concern. Here it is:

That is an Allied/Foxconn very low end piece of crap power supply. You might as well assume it will fail and need replaced. I highly recommend replacing it with something better even if still only rated for 250W... which this one can't really even deliver. I recommend replacing it now rather than waiting for possible component damage when it does fail.
