What a piece of junk, and the major reason why m0f0 and milf_hunter are going to be living in tents soon.
I thought all you iHaters would like to know that Safari mobile is now the #1 mobile web browser in the Universe! Of course Sansa doesn't even have a web browser, but hey at least it's got an FM radio (antiquated technology) that no-one listens to any more in the 21st century. *smirk*
They also cost $250 less. What?
Yeah, like I want a mp3 player that can't even do something simple like make a phone call. *smirk*
Why buy something that sucks as a video player, sucks big time as mp3 player, sucks super big time as a browser, and completely unacceptable as a phone? And m0f0 wants to pay her yearly salary on such a product? No wonder she will be living in a tent real soon.
I thought all you jealous iHaters would like to know that the iPhone has an unheard of 86% approval rating amongst its iOwners. *smirk*
their battery is sooo over rated, lasts about 8hours at the most
86% approval rating on something you chose to buy isn't that good.
that being said, I have an ipod touch and love it!
M0F0 is a stinky canadian bacongo*t
Actually #8, no other mobile phone has close to an 86% approval rating. Let's face it, Apple is the best there is at everything! *smirk*
It's a documented fact that people who own iPods are more intellegent and less likely to marry into the same gender.
<- $ <- mofo $ <- government assistance
poor stay poor, rich get richer
*clueless baconeer*
This is a true story. Someone did a survey on ipod users spotted in NYC subway. The sample size was fairly significant, few hundreds I think. 80% don't know much more than surfing the internet on pc. An alarming 30% asked friends or family to upload songs into their ipods. 50% don't know there is a difference between the stuff you hear on CD and the stuff you compressed into mp3.
Another different survey conducted on IT professional had ipod ownership to be much lower than the rest of the population.
Please draw conclusion based on these fact.
Or you can get a Treo. Unlimited space because it has an expansion slot, real keys that you can feel, A2DP Bluetooth Audio support (700w/wx) and it also supports picture messaging! Not to mention the extensive selection of additional *free* applications which make it much more useful than any iCrap you can buy. I'm not an iHater, it just doesn't make any sense to buy this thing when Treos are going on Ebay for $150. Poor iOwners with inferior iProducts.
Yes, indeed I do. Your $50K mid-level manager's salary is chump change to people like me. *smirk*
*yawn*
Well said australopithecus. My 13 year old nephew had to have an iPod. So he gets one for Christmas. I went to visit him in late January. Neither of his parents (both MDs)or their friends had a clue as to how to load the thing. Poor kid gave up and just put it back into the box. I uploaded a bunch of stuff for him so he could use it. After I did that I had three other people in my office ask if I would show them how to upload files to their iPod. The funny part about it is most of them thought that the only way to put files on the thing is to download them from the iTunes store (genius!). They don't seem to understand what the "Add to Library" menu item means.
#17 I really wonder if m0f0, nuisance_sucks/bigsister49, and milf_hunter even know what you're talking about. I bet you they paid some computer geek 50 bucks to upload songs for them, adding to the cost of already a rip-off ipod price.
That fact is not surprising. You would need very good quality stereo equipment and "golden" ears to be able to tell the difference between a high bit rate MP3 (for example 256 kbit/s) vs. the CD equivalent.
Do you have a source link for that survey australopithecus? It is still a biased sample in terms of demographic. Better survey would have been on multiple us locations. People who use the subway and live in NY walk and commute more so mobile devices are used more frequently. I'd be interested to see stats on usage and approval in the midwest and northwest.
