Yes this is for 1st Gen only. It's $349 for the refurbished 2nd Gen Touch.
Still wish I would have waited. Paid the same for the 16gb two months ago.

Bought my iPhone refurbished in October '07 and have had no problems whatsoever. Just bought an 80gb iPod classic last week for $169. I strongly recommend buying refurbished if you're in the market.
Refurbished products DIRECT FROM APPLE are perfect, in my experience. I've bought refurbished Apple products from others (eg: Buy.com) and received clearly damaged products.
I do not care for ipods
refurbished mean no to me.
