I don't see any 2-year contract, right? On the fence, guys.
Its the ipod touch not the iphone
I was thinking about one of these for a gift. Is this a good deal and is buy.com a good place to buy it?
Forgot to ask, is 2nd gen current or an older model?
It is FREE shipping. Buy.com is a good seller.
$10 more at apple store (refurb section), where 16gb and 32gb versions are also available for $259 and $349. But you will pay tax.
How fast does the internet work on this thing?
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM BUY.COM AGAIN.... THEY SELL JUNK AND INFLATED PRICES.
Yeah, OK #8... you probably had a single bad experience with them and you probably bought some refurb'd pile of junk.
Personally over the years that I've used buy.com I've never had a problem with them and I've bought many products from them. Shipping is fast and the products are well packaged. I've never had to return anything due to damaged packaging or faulty products. If you buy a refurb and it goes wrong - this is not buy.com's fault... people like #8 fail to realize this.
I bought a refurb item from Buy.com over a year ago (Sansa e250); it worked fine, and still does. iTouch should offer a pretty good user experience. I am using an old iPhone 2G as an iTouch and have no complaints (except maybe poor battery life, but that may be an iPhone thing).
Yeah, i've bought several things from buy.com and they've only messed up once. One item never shipped according to the UPS tracking number, as soon as I brought this to their attention they corrected it. The funny thing is they refunded my money automatically and I had to go and order another one that shipped. Still, I totally trust buy.comm. Although they're pricing is not always a total "deal" so make sure to check around.
refurbished is a deal breaker for me. I want new and a great deal too, that is why I keep my eyes on this site.
Buy.com is A-OK in my book, but as for this "deal" it really is nothing special. This has been $200 at the Apple store online for about a year.
Buy.com isn't bad but I disagree about their shipping speed. I should say their free shipping speed. It makes Amazon's free shipping look like next day air.
#7 - Internet works great. Of course it depends on your wi-fi area.
this is a terrible deal.
does it have same browser as iphone? firmware/browser upgradable? i only need wifi, would buy 4gb brand new. dont care for refurb
#12 maybe you're being sarcastic, but if Ben's is the only site you're watching, you're going to miss out on most of the really hot deals.
