Wouldn't buy it for this price. The apple store has it for 349 with the genuine adapter and accessories. Why not pay for manufactured re-certified product than an eBay product? Not a good deal!
No deal.. Especially with tax applied, this thing is close or equal to retail price. I rather pick a store that sells new with no tax.
Apple refurbs are literally as good as new in terms of product condition and warranty, but Apple also charges sales tax. Still, I'd rather pay a little more and get direct from Apple.

You have obviously never purchased an Apple refurb. When you don't know WTF you're talking about, the best course of action is to STFU.
I agree with the apple refurb is as good as new! They re-certify their products with heavy diagnostics before placing it back out into the market. Also, a little more tax from apple store is better than aggravation with ebay sellers. ;T
I have bought an Imac and two mac mini's refurbs and have been very pleased. Like new
i was considering to buy an ipad2 but found out it does not have usb and sd card outlets. now i am leaning toward asus or toshiba. i appreciate your opinion why ipad2 is better than asus or toshiba. thanks.
