Is this like an everyday deal? Do they pay more per click?

It looks like they're trying to clear the way for the iPad 2S / 3 / whatever that's rumoured to be out soon.

People who buy this crap need constant reminders. Those with a mind would never pay this much for such. Apple users are like those who vote for Obama: the name is cool but the results are squat!

Ipad 3 is rumored to come out in March, pushing the ipad2 down to around $300, for what it's worth. Take it with a grain of salt, though.

You know what I used to be exactly like you. I would never buy apple just because it's for mindless drones. And then my wife bought ipod touch 2nd gen when it came out without my knowledge or approval (how dare she!) And after bitching to her about wasting money on "useless crap" that we don't need I opened the damn thing and turned it on and found to be the most fascinating piece of hardware I had pleasure to use! And combine this with the amount of software they making for Apple, I think I stopped being anti-apple just a little bit. So I guess as always it's worth what people are willing to pay, and right now they still willing to pay more than for motorolas, samsung, sony, etc! Just see what happend in China when they were trying to sell iphone 4s there.

So as #3 says, it's exactly like Obama. You just have to give it a chance.

Both of your bickerings and atrocious grammar had to make me step in. You both need to chill out and take a step back.

Firstly, anything compared to some political figure is automatically a waste of time. If you think a politician is going to save you or your country/state/local municipality from ruin (whether you assume that ruin to be economical, social, diplomatic, etc. etc.) then you should probably slap yourself in the face, or stab yourself in the eye -- something to wake you up from your dream. Placing blame on someone is a wonderful cop-out for critical thinking, and it's exactly what politicians love to do themselves.

Secondly, Apple buyers can be classified just like any other kind of "loyal" customer. You have your extremists or fanatics, people that actually make purchases reasonably (for example, look at pricing and features/specifications of current-gen Windows Ultrabooks versus the MacBook Air), and people that just purchase because they're told to do so. It's true Apple fanboys are extremely forthright in letting the world (Internet, other forms of media) know how wonderful they think their product is -- maybe just because they think it meets their needs when there might be something better that can do it at a lower cost or better efficiency, it doesn't mean that every person has to carry the sheep/shepherd tag because they have an Apple product.

Thirdly, you don't need a certificate of enlightenment to state an opinion on here, and you certainly don't need one to call someone else a name. In fact, it's just a waste of my frickin' time to educate you two on any of these matters, because you're both probably big boys/girls that can comprehend certain basic life principles, but just enjoy trolling the internet. So I guess my purpose for writing this ridiculously long essay is to also troll you, and just enjoy seeing whatever response I might get.

Or there might be some small chance where you can actually agree with…

I didn't make my initial post to pick a fight. I just stated my OPINION and my experience with an ipod touch. #3 kicked it into higher gear, when he made it personal with his comment directed at me.
My grammar is atrocious because english is not my native language and I learned it myself without any school and guidance, so I'm lacking in that department.
