I see that they're out of stock, but just wondering about the "canceled after 30 days" part... all I've ever seen with refurbished is a 2-yr contract with huge early termination fees. am i missing something -- is this waived occasionally on special deals?

I just bought one yesterday. I found a 64 gb refurbished for $429 on ATT premier store website, but not on there public site which said sold out. See
