"Rumor has it a new iPod Touch is in the works"

Ben needs to stop the copy and paste or keep up with the news.

The new ipods are already available. There were considerable price drops as well. Integrated cameras and faster processors are featured.

No camera on the new touch, #2. I'm guessing anyone considering this is not going to downgrade to a nano just for the camera. Also, it's only a video camera. No stills.

#1 yeah, right on. I also like how Ben has yet to update the ipod touch tracker to reflect the ipod touch 3G and the new pricing structure.

#3. Right, no camera on the new model. Rumors are that they had problems during manufacturing stage with the camera, so they pushed on ahead without. Possibly next go-around....

#5, when steve jobs asked why there was no camera, he said because "people didn't want to have a camera". no joke. he said people rather have lower costs than a camera. he also said the itouch is viewed as a gaming device by most people. i considered getting an itouch a couple months back...i might still pick up the last gen since this one doesn't seem to be much different (supposed slightly faster processor)

PLEASE stop calling an "itouch"!!!

i want the 64 gig. but i also want it to be 20 bucks.
