actually 10 bucks less than apple sells it. the touch surface takes up half the mouse so its a bit uncomfortable to use it while moving the mouse.
apple needs to make some drivers for windows. that will get windows users more interested in apple canadian baconness.

In my opinion, this is the best mouse ever made.

I haven't used it in Windows, but I know drivers for Windows is available. Just use GOOG to search for "magic mouse windows drivers".

There are Windows drivers for it..

    http://uneasysilence.com/archive/2009/11/14588/

I use it on my Vista x64 box.

Word of warning, it is a great mouse but gamers might find it troublesome. Why? Well, in some games, you right-click to zoom.. and hold it.. then left-click to shoot. This mouse does not register that. You right-click and it zooms, but as soon as you left-click, it un-zooms. Other than that, it's a fantasic mouse Smile

I'm surprised that Apple didn't include more multi-touch functionality such as pinch to zoom and 2-finger rotate. Especially since it already exists with the touchpads.
