Frys has the new Apple MacBook Pro 13.3" Core i5 Laptop, MD101LL/A (Summer 2012) for $999 with free in-store pickup only. Normally $1140 or more. Equipped with the Thunderbolt port with speeds of up to 10Gbps per channel. Includes Apple's 1 year warranty.
Buy now, before Apple replaces it with the 13" Retina model.
(Seriously, worst time to buy. The price is going to drop an easy $200 once the Retina model hits next month, an official refurb should be a good deal then.)
I like my 2011 i5 MacBook Pro 13'. One issue is the keyboard is different from WIndows' keyboard which has keys that are important for MS Office users. Probably a little bit overpriced, but upgrades and software are inexpensive.

Apple: overpriced fashion statement.
Apple is for non technical users. I don't even know why tech support is even needed for Mac's if they are so great.
