Apple Store has the refurbished Apple Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard (MB167LL/A) for $59 with free shipping. Features an anodized aluminum enclosure, Mac function keys, sleep mode, 30-ft range. Includes three AA batteries.
I really like these keyboards. Ended up picking up the wired version too. Works as a normal keyboard with a few annoying exceptions. It doesn't have an INS key, so if you somehow manage to get your app in insert mode it's a bitch to get back out. It's happened to me a few times in the year I've had it... so not a huge deal. The top function key row only works as function keys if you hold down the fn button, otherwise are treated as multimedia keys (work out of box on ubuntu). The SOB that put the eject key right above backspace needs to be beaten severely. Next to the model M it replaced, it's my second favorite keyboard.
Anyone know if these keyboards can be paired with smartphones to alleviate sore thumbs?
nope they only elleviate sore hair.
you can chop your carrots with this. it's pretty sharp.
dang. wonder how much a new one costs..
can this be used w/ a linux?
it would be sweet if it could be paired with iphone/ipod touch.
Does anyone know if this will work with a Windows pc?
