Has anyone listened to a lot of music on these players? Is the sound quality any good? Do they make you fork over beaucoup bucks for audio codecs like they do for the video ones?

This is not the WiFi version. I have the 504 and sound is very low. If you take the subway everyday like me, you'll have a hard time hearing anything unless you buy a nice noise cancelling headphone.
