This thing feels like a brick but at least it plays more video formats than PSP and iPods. It's a pain to convert all my video files and you have to buy additional codecs for the device to get the most out of it. Last I checked, mkv codecs didn't exist but that was a while ago.

#3, its thick as a brick too. most of the american players require you to convert video. i think the only exception are the creative players.
