I had the 604 with WiFi. It's nice but bulky.

Get ready to get nickeled and dimed buying the codecs. And the volume doesn't go high enough on this thing, with no fix available. Lousy company with a terrible business policy. Avoid.

My 604 just died last week (plugging it into the dock killed it).
Don't know if I want to take another chance on an Archos product.

And they lock the drives so you can't upgrade them yourself.
The Archos hardware is so-so, but the firmware is bordering on Coby-level sh!ttiness.
