    I've heard great things about this cooler. Don't really know if it's that great of a deal though.

    I got this awhile ago..about $3 more, though from heatsinkfactory .com..newegg had it for $96 back then...not sure why.

    Pretty good cooler, a bit of a pain to remount, though.
    Brought temp down from ~45c idle with stock to 30c idle, rarely goes past 45c under full load.

    Running a c2d 6400, stock speeds.

    This is reasonable, will allow a mild to fair o'c without a lot of noise, but the performance isn't any better than other 'sinks in the recent past offered for under this price after rebate (and may still be available, you might search Ben's for heatsink deals).

    Also, the sleeve bearing fan doesn't have a very long life but IIRC has a huge reservoir behind the sticker so you can fill it with a few years' worth of lube.
