Woot.com has the Asus Eee PC 900 8.9" Netbook for $170 + $5 shipping = $175 shipped. This variation on the EeePC sports an Intel Atom N270 1.60GHz, with 1GB DDR2, 4GB solid state drive and built-in 802.11b/g, card reader slot, runs Linux and weighs 2.20 lbs.

I do not recommend anyone buy from woot. I purchased a digital picture frame last week, it was DOA and woot told me to deal with the maker. I did not buy it from Westinghouse I purchased it from woot. They are the middle men, that is what they get paid for. I returned it to woot but I had to pay the shipping. Great, I paid shipping for an item that never worked. Don't buy from woot, they do not stand behind their merchandise.

These netbooks may be good for TV calibrators.

I have one of these things loaded up with ubuntu netbook edition and it is great for traveling or coffee shops, reasonably fast and plays flash/movies well. I would not recommend it for a main computer, but it works great as a netbook.
