Hey, now. That's a good question. Optical drive, eh? I wonder how oh how we can actually find that out. Anybody got any ideas how we can get the particular piece of data? I just wonder.

for those who wanna get a new netbook, several Asus dealers and sellers are now sellng brand new EEE PC 900HA at eBay for $350 with free shipping, and you can use MS live search to cut it around $265. This seems a good deal to me since I perfered Win Xp system and a bigger hard drive and for those who haven't heard about eBay 25% off (% changes all the time from 20% to 30%) through MS live search you can take a look at this

I have the slightly larger 10" ASUS EEE 1000H, and it's great. The only thing I dislike (strongly) is how they have positioned the right SHIFT key. If you're a touch-typist and use the right shift key, be ready to suffer. I'm still not used to it.

"Perfect" would be the key layout off the Acer Aspire One stuck onto the Asus keyboards.

#6 Nope. The MS Live cashback has been stuck at just 8% for the last 3 weeks.

#7 why not swap the up-arrow and shift key assignments (and labels?)

#6 and #8 Didn't the live cashback deal at ebay died in mid-December?
