      Asus laptops are pure turds. Read up on the spacebar issue related to these. Their customer service stinks as bad as their laptops. Save your time and money on this one. Best Buy would likely be the 3rd strike in this nightmare. 20 percent restocking fee on top of a crappy laptop.
