cheap bare bones item.
I have the M3A78-Pro and it was a real pain to set up compared to others I've built. Unless mine is defective or I'm missing something, there's an option called "spread spectrum" that is enabled by default in BIOS. It caused my system to be extremely unstable until I disabled it. Also the default Vcore was incorrect. How hard is it to make the automatic settings not cause the system to blow up?!
