I used to love the ASUS motherboards, but I have seen a lot more complaints. Who has the best overall quality in general? Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, etc...
Luckily this one does not have a northbridge fan, but rather a heat sink. ASUS motherboards seem to have a pretty high fail rate with their northbridge heat sink fans.
Over the past few years I've seen little problems with Gigabyte and Foxcon boards.
MSI FTW. MSI systems I've built always seem to last. I just bought a Foxconn, so far so good. Asus is not as great as they used to be and their RMA department is horrendous.
