For the price it could be a nice little build... Well up until the cooler it's only sufficient up to 65W, while the 640 X4 is a 95W chip that's the only bad point. Heck for what it is that Thermaltake case/PSU isn't bad.
Me I'd hold the Intel SSD bacl for another project and just go with a 320Gb HDD, and then grab a Zalman CNPS5X Performa Cooler that Egg has for $14 –AR$10 w/FS. Maybe the 70mm fan from that cooler could be made to be an exhaust fan for the case.
I'd pass and get in on a different deal, the IGP is the last AMD made w/o full video/flash/etc acceleration. Get at least 785G chipset or newer.
Then again, there's a niche market for boards that still have PS/2, serial and parallel ports which this has, but it sacrifices digital video output which IMO is a must with today's inexpensive 1080p monitors.
