ASUS has good boards. Stay away from MSI.
Fantastic board. I paid almost double a few months ago and am very happy with its performance/stability
Use these in a production environment at work. There are issues with Kingston value RAM where voltages need to be tweaked in the BIOS for stable performance.
This is a very good deal, wish I used this when I just built my brother a new PC.

I love this board. It rocks hard for games and works perfectly in WinXP and linux.

The problem is that Intel chips aren't coming down that far in price, while AMD chips are dropping like rocks. You'll still pay $130+ for a proc for this, while AMD X2s are going to $45-$50
