This is a good deal for a budget system. $5.00 less than last week.

ASUS has good boards. Stay away from MSI.

Fantastic board. I paid almost double a few months ago and am very happy with its performance/stability

Use these in a production environment at work. There are issues with Kingston value RAM where voltages need to be tweaked in the BIOS for stable performance.

I love this board. It rocks hard for games and works perfectly in WinXP and linux.

Excellent Deal.. Very stable board.. And it has 1600 FSB support which is not common for under $100 boards

The problem is that Intel chips aren't coming down that far in price, while AMD chips are dropping like rocks. You'll still pay $130+ for a proc for this, while AMD X2s are going to $45-$50

"Express Gate ~ 5 Secs from Bootup"
So has anyone tried this? Any good, or just a gimmick?

If you like AMD, like I do, Newegg has the ASUS M3A78-EM for $75.99 AND get $10 off with Promo Code EMCBBAGBJ

    It also has Express Gate.

Good holdover combo considering the new architecture that's dropping soon to NOW (Core i7)
