Same card I had listed for $35 yesterday, but Newegg wasn't offering free shipping... that adds $6. For a 4650 this is fairly nice price.
This review is good in regards that it's a 512Mb DDR2 card and the cover various video formats.
http://www.cluboc.net/reviews/video/powercolor/SCS3_HD4650/index.asp
Here's a review which checks the CPU usage in blueray playback against a 9500GT both have the same 1Gb DDR2 specs.

If you need in-depth information on video playback and power with such cards this is good reading.

And just like yesterday no one is listening to your pathetic pleas for attention.
I am.

Any cheap cards with passive cooling?
Ha ha pwned!
#2's Latest picture from Middle school... #6 of the Series!

#5 – Passive... but do you need half-height, single slot cooler, and what connections, HDMI a requirement? There's 4350's that can be had for $35 free shipping.

While a 3450 is a notch down it won't depart all that much in the seat of the pants feel. There's this Sapphire for $25 –AR$10 and shipping is free also.

Checked around like bing, Ewiz, and some other bacon site and it's fairly dry. If you open up the criteria and set a price limit it might unlocked other deals.
4550 is also passive.
ZZF price is now $35 w/ free shipping.

One Nuegg reviewer said DDR2, not GDDR2.
The 4550 Sapphire like those above is $45. The only real differance is it's providing some extra bandwidth using DDR3, however as it's still 64-Bit, so probably not noticeable. The jump from 3450 to 4350 provides a doubling (to 80) in Stream Processing Units, which can perk some things up a little.
The sweet spot and a nice bump from commonplace card being discussed... If you can find a passively cooled 3650 (that's cheap). They come with 128-Bit, 120 SPU (and some with DDR3) so a nice jump on several matrix's.

Or, find this on Ebay on the cheap!
