Update [12/5]: B&H is redirecting the page to the adapter instead of the router.
B&H Photo Video has the ASUS RT-AC66U Dual-Band Wireless AC 1750 Gigabit Router for $100 + $7 shipping = $107 shipped. Features the new 802.11ac Wi-Fi connectivity (5G Wi-Fi) with 5GHz speeds up to 1.3Gbps.
I don't see the Win8 part either, but this is still a smokin' deal just for the router alone! Almost $200 everywhere else. I just picked up an RT-N66U (previous model, no AC support) two weeks ago and so far it's great.
Sold out but I can't imagine the appeal. Very few consumer goods are compatible with the higher speeds and 'N' routers can be had for a fraction of the price.
I have had one of these since release and it works excellent with all my wireless devices, including my xbox 360. Generic Wireless N speeds on both bands are very fast, about 30% faster than my Netgear WNDR3800 and if you have a wireless AC adapter, the speeds really are amazing. From my HTPC I can get 30-40 MB/sec transfers to my Server and my rotuer is down a floor and across the house, about 40-50 feet away. Third floor sees 25MB/sec with my other AC adapter on my son's gaming rig. Amazing deal for $100.
Ahh, what's with Windows 8 Pro upgrade part of this? I don't see it on the linky...

grey market...
Usually ships in 7-14 business days
Maybe B&H is throwing a copy of Windows 8 in the box for free since the Windows Ate roll out isn't exactly going as projected...

Reviews @ BB say its not fully compatible w/Xbox. I was ready to buy until I saw that. Buyer beware.
